Appropriate to circumstance, massage may be subtle or dynamic, but is always a powerful treatment for the rejuvenation of injured, tired and ‘worn-out’ bodies, and for improving mind and body performance. At Therapy Works our massage styles are based on a deeper tissue release incorporating trigger point therapy and stretching learnt through my own personal yoga studies.
