Liz’ Yoga Classes at Therapy Works
At Therapy Works, Liz runs therapeutic yoga-based classes in small groups of up to 5 people over a 6 week course. Her classes meet people exactly where they are, suitable for beginners, people with chronic and new conditions, and those who want to practice yoga gently and mindfully.
With 20 years as a clinical physiotherapist, yoga teacher and yoga teacher trainer, there are only a handful of physiotherapists around Australia with comparable experience in both modalities.
