Yoga teacher, Jo Slater, uses her background in personal training and longterm interest in health & wellbeing inform her classes. A strong and capable practitioner herself, she recognises the need in most of us to simply slow down – reflected in a gently-paced mix of flowing and static postures using the breath, designed to build strength and flexibility and ultimately to cultivate calm. An opportunity to stretch, unwind, and release tension and provide an outlet from our busy lifestyles. Suitable for beginners to general level.
