Born in Kenya, of Indian origin, Rakhee grew up surrounded by the ancient natural healing techniques of the East. From the daily practice of yoga and meditation she moved naturally into the world of complementary therapies, specifically massage and Reiki.

Her experience spans three continents including her role as complimentary therapy advisor to the eco-sanctuary Salamander Hideaway in Belize, Central America, and she now practices at Therapy Works in Newport. Rakhee qualified with a Diploma in Holistic Massage from London, Reiki I & II in Kenya and Ancient Stone Therapy and Pregnancy Massage at Nature Care College, Sydney.
